Each player is permitted one melbey account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the melbey Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. melbey reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
melbey may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. melbey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify melbey immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. melbey recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional protection.
melbey reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorized party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
melbey accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at melbey's discretion. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. melbey reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your melbey Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. melbey is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the melbey Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). melbey does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
You must not fund your melbey Account using proceeds from illegal activities. melbey complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. melbey reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
melbey targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Players via the Account dashboard or upon request to customer support. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. melbey reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary for compliance or operational reasons.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by melbey are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. melbey reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
melbey actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. melbey reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
melbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
All games available on the melbey Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. melbey does not manipulate game results in any way.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers refunded at melbey's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if melbey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
melbey's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
melbey does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
melbey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will not receive any marketing communications from melbey during the exclusion period.

You may close your melbey Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the melbey Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent melbey from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
melbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, melbey will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at melbey.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
